Designed and redesigned B2B products, internal tools and consumer-facing experiences across web and mobile. Led the redesign of the company's core B2B marketplace, working across authentication, purchasing flows and internal user journeys. Redesigned a warehouse management system and introduced workflows for QR verification, inventory movement, document signing and employee management. Contributed to a reusable design system for B2B products and designed modules for education and healthcare within a super-app ecosystem. Worked closely with developers to deliver production-ready interfaces, prototypes and design specifications.
